For 18 years, Diane  has been a trusted and invaluable HR consultant to both Lubert-Adler and ICP. Her deep expertise, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to our organizations have made a lasting impact on our employees, leadership teams, and overall workplace culture.  In recent years, Diane has focused much of her effort on delivering Responsible Workplace Training, helping to create an environment built on respect, accountability, and professionalism. Her training sessions are consistently thoughtful, engaging, and practical, providing our employees and managers with the knowledge and tools they need to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.  Beyond her training responsibilities, Diane has been an exceptional resource in managing employee relations matters. She approaches every situation with fairness, discretion, sound judgment, and genuine concern for the individuals involved. Her ability to navigate complex issues while balancing the needs of employees and the organization has been instrumental in helping us maintain a strong and healthy workplace.
